ACAM-U - ULTRASONIC WELD SEAMER

The ACAM-U is a high-speed Automated Cartridge Assembly Machine used for forming pleated, count-cut media into a cylindrical shape and attaching the end pleats with a sonic weld seam (60% media plastic content needed to enable a sonic weld seam). The standard machines come in three size ranges covering pleat heights from 0.38" to 1.50" (10 mm to 38 mm) and slit widths from 1.25" to 12" (30 mm to 300 mm). Production speed capability is over 60 per minute, pending weld method and material capability. A center tube assembly option can be purchased to insert center tubes.
