FCAM - FILTER FORMING ONLY
The FCAM is a high speed Forming Cartridge Assembly Machine used for forming pleated, count-cut media into a cylindrical shape for the customer's downstream process (it does not join the end pleats together). The standard machines come in two size ranges covering pleat heights from 0.38" to 1.50" (10 mm to 38 mm) and slit widths from 1.25" to 12" (30 mm to 300 mm). Production speed capability is 50 per minute. A center tube assembly option can be purchased to insert center tubes.
