Lane Dividers

Massman Lane Dividers are designed to dependably and evenly divide product from one lane to two or more lanes through years of multi-shift, low-maintenance service. These units may be stand-alone or integrated into a Case Packer infeed assembly. Stand-alone units have full tubular frames with full-height safety-interlocked guard doors.

The plaque-style lane divider is made for efficient function at high speeds--for example, one to four lanes at 500 pieces/minute. This machine employs timing screws at its infeed and a sliding plaque-style conveyor for dividing the lanes.

The swinger-style lane divider generally employs two sets of side belts. The first set moderates product speed and the second set pulls a gap, releases product into a lane and then swings to another lane. This machine is generally more compact and as a stand-alone unit has a smaller footprint.

Massman lane dividers will efficiently divide round, oval, rectangular or square product. They will also divide groupings or "packs" of product. Place multiple lane dividers in tandem or in other groupings to serve multiple packing lines. Massman lane dividers have earned the same reputation for dependability, low-maintenance and productivity ROI as the Massman case packers.
